Aharbal is a hill station in the south-western part of Kashmir Valley in the Indian U/T of Jammu and Kashmir, 75 km south of the state capital Srinagar. Aharbal is known for its waterfall, Aharbal Falls, where the Veshu falls noisily 25 metres and 7 metres through a narrow gorge of granite boulders. Aharbal Falls are also referred to as the Niagara Falls of Kashmir, owing to the volume of the water that falls. According to a report, the water volume would be sufficient to generate 100 MW of hydroelectricity. The terraces leading to the falls are fenced, but care must be taken to avoid slipping.

Kokernag Waterfalls is perched at an altitude of 2012 metres at a distance of around 80km from Srinagar. The area around the waterfalls is blessed with lush greenery and countless colourful scented flowers that add to its vibrancy, freshness and an overall pleasant ambience.

Noori Chamb is a waterfall in the headwaters of the Poonch River in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir in India. It is named after the Mughal queen Nur Jahan. Noori Chamb is located near the hill village of Bahramgala below Pir Panjal Pass in the Poonch district. It is at a distance of 10 km from Bufliaz.

The holy place of Baba Dhansar is located at Karua Jheel near village Karua, 17 km from Reasi towards Katra in Reasi district of Jammu & Kashmir State, India. The approach involves a walk of 200 metres from the road.
